Liability Release

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in the Smoke and Sound Festival Bike Show. I agree to assume all risks associated with my participation and release and hold harmless Monett Main Street, the City of Monett, event sponsors, volunteers, property owners, and event organizers from any and all liability for personal injury, death, theft, loss, or damage to my person, vehicle, or property arising from or related to this event. I certify that I have adequate insurance coverage for my vehicle and that it will be operated in a safe and lawful manner throughout the event.
